Questions, answered
Does retinol make me more sensitive to the sun?
Yes. Retinol increases photosensitivity, which is why Nightfall is a night product and why you should wear SPF every day while using it. We'd rather tell you that up front.
Is Heliora a sunscreen?
No. Heliora serums do not protect your skin from UV. They're made for the look of skin that has already seen a lot of sun. Keep wearing a broad spectrum SPF every morning.
How long until I see results?
Everyone's skin is different, and we can't promise a timeline. Changes in tone and texture usually take weeks of consistent use to show, which is why the guarantee runs a full 60 nights.
Can I use this with my sunscreen?
Yes, and you should. In the morning, apply Daybreak, then Sunspot Corrector, give them a minute to absorb, then put your sunscreen on last.
What if I have sensitive skin?
Patch test each serum on a small area for a few days first. Start Nightfall two or three nights a week and build up. If you get lasting redness, burning or irritation, stop and talk to a dermatologist. If you're pregnant, nursing or using prescription skincare, check with your doctor before using retinol.
When does it ship?
Orders ship from US warehouses, usually within a few business days, and you'll get a tracking email as soon as yours is on the way. See our Shipping Policy for details.
How does the 60-night guarantee work?
Use the System as directed for 60 nights. If you're not happy with how your skin looks, email hello@getheliora.com within 75 days of delivery and we'll refund your purchase in full. You don't need to send anything back. See our Refund Policy for details.
Can I buy the serums separately?
Yes. Daybreak is $49, Sunspot Corrector is $69 and Nightfall is $59. The System includes all three for $109.
60 nights.
