Return and Refund Policy

We want you to love your Heliora sauna blanket. If it's not right for you, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.

30-day returns
You can return your blanket within 30 days of the delivery date, even if you've used it. To be eligible, it must be clean, undamaged, and returned with all original accessories (controller, power cord, liner, sauna bags, and carry bag), ideally in the original packaging.

How to start a return
Email us at hello@getheliora.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll reply within 1 business day with return instructions and the return address. Please don't send items back without contacting us first, since returns sent without instructions may not be accepted.

Return shipping

• Defective or damaged items: we cover return shipping and will send a replacement or a full refund, your choice.
• Change of mind: you're responsible for return shipping. We recommend a trackable shipping service, since we can't refund items lost in transit.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.

Damaged or defective on arrival
If your blanket arrives damaged or isn't working, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video of the issue. We'll make it right at no cost to you.
